All coaches are required to
successfully complete a Background (BG) Screen through the USA Swimming (USA-S)
background screen provider, TC logiQ. It
is the coach’s responsibility to renew their BG Screen every two years.
To do this, log onto the USA-S website (www.usaswimming.org)
and select the COACHES tab, then RENEW / BECOME A COACH MEMBER from the menu
and follow the links and prompts for BACKGROUND SCREENING to get to the TC
logiQ website from which the screen can be completed.
A charge card will be needed to complete this process. Once the screen has been completed and passed
successfully, the MS Office will be notified through SWIMS, the USA-S
registration database, and the coach card will be issued at that time.
NOTE: Do not attempt to
complete this screen by logging directly onto the TC logiQ website! All BG screens for USA-S coach memberships
must be completed through the USA-S website.
